What is Financial Wellness?
When we have enough of what we truly need we feel full, resourceful, and able to navigate financial choices and challenges with equanimity.
For many of us, money doesn’t feel that way at all. Money might be the last thing we want to talk about. Or, maybe we want to but just don’t know how.
When our financial foundation is fragmented or shrouded in fog our lives can feel chaotic, anxiety-ridden, and bewildering. It makes sense. Money and our behavior around it touch vital aspects of our lives: work, play, love, relationships, time, and energy.
Financial wellness coaching is about building a strong foundation that supports a healthy and balanced relationship to money. The process is supportive and action oriented. It can also be truly transformative.

We diagram how money flows in your life: What you earn; What you spend; What you save; and What you owe. Once you orient yourself to your financial situation of today, we work together to map out where you want to go, and what you need financially and otherwise to get there.
A Plan

financial system) you will develop several
plans that form a strong foundation for
your financial life and growth including:
• Spending Plan (monthly, annual)
• Earning Plan
• Action Plan
• Debt Repayment Plan
A Financial Voice
and Vocabulary
Money has its unique vocabulary. Working together, you can learn the language. As you apply your learnings many more options open up, including the experience of negotiating on behalf of yourself, and others you care about and support.
